All orders are dispatched from Kuwait.

*Velvet Desert does not cover additional custom charges or taxes on international orders. International orders may be subject to tax depending on the country you are ordering from.

*If you are ordering from QATAR, please include your ID number in your shipping address to avoid delays, as DHL requires this information.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, any customs/duties/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchange

You can exchange or refund non-piercing item(s) returned in original condition with the tag within 14 days from your order date, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Earrings and ear cuffs can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

Sadly, we are a small business, we do not have the capacity to offer free returns, however, if you are replacing an item to a different size or exchanging to store credit, or u can pass by the office to drop off your item and collect the new one.

Shipping fees paid to local delivery or international delivery company are non- refundable.

Items bought through the website on Sale or by tamara payments are NOT accepted for refunds or exchange, please choose carefully.

Once the items have been returned we will issue a refund. Refunds will take 3 to 7 business days for local or international orders.

To exchange or refund an item please place your request in the following Return portal

• Enter your order number and phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
• Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
• Confirm if you're returning or exchanging your item(s)
• Please select the method you’ll be returning your order by, drop off at our office.
