If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@velvetdesert.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number to get assisted on what todo next. Or head to our exchange portal and place your request. Replacement of the item and shipping cost will be covered by us.

Yes we offer 14 day exchange and Refund on non pierce-able item(s) returned in original condition, in original packaging with their tags on.

Please use the size guide, select the right plating, or color and check the size of the item when purchasing.

Earrings and Ear cuffs are NOT exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene reasons.

For international orders, the purchaser covers the costs of return. if you have received a defected item, we will cover shipping costs.

Shipping costs paid are not refundable for local or international orders.

For Kuwait local orders, Exchange can be done through the office for free or by delivery with 2KWD shipping cost. You can drop off the item in original condition and you will be issued a refund through the same payment method used.
