Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, any customs/duties/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchange
Items purchased are subject to refund within 24 hours of receipt. Exchanges are permitted for the same or higher-priced items only and must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging accompanied by the original physical receipt.
Earrings and ear cuffs can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sadly, we are a small business, we do not have the capacity to offer free returns, however, if you are replacing an item to a different size or exchanging to store credit, or u can pass by the office to drop off your item and collect the new one.
Shipping fees paid to local delivery or international delivery company are non- refundable.
Items bought through the website on Sale or by tamara payments are NOT accepted for refunds or exchange, please choose carefully.
Once the items have been returned we will issue a refund. Refunds will take 3 to 7 business days for local or international orders.
