We stand behind our product, but more importantly we stand behind our customers. If your item is damaged within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will have it repaired or exchange it for you with a new one of the same item. If the item is no longer available on the website, we will exchange it for you with an item of the same value or less.
For international orders, the only thing you must do is cover the shipping cost of returning the item & send us the parcel tracking number by email. For Kuwait, local shipping fees has to be paid.
